Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Summary

The Indian Commis I Chef is responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of Indian cuisine, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth daily kitchen operations under the supervision of senior chefs.

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Indian dishes, including North Indian
- Prepare gravies, curries, dals, vegetables, rice, biryani, breads, and other Indian menu items.
- Perform mise en place, including cutting vegetables,



preparing ingredients, and portioning food.
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, presentation guidelines, and cooking methods.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and food presentation.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items according to FIFO procedures.

SALARY:-

Indian commi-1 :- 19k -22k +PF,ESIC

Indian commi-2:- 16k -20k+PF,ESIC
