We are looking for creative and detail-oriented Architects to join our team at Deejos Architecture & Construction. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to develop architectural plans that meet client requirements and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models for residential and commercial projects.
- Create detailed working drawings and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site engineering teams.
- Understand client requirements and incorporate design modifications.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and project standards.
- Review drawings and resolve design-related issues during execution.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.
Educational Qualification
- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) from a recognized institution.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, or other 3D visualization tools.
- Positive understanding of architectural planning and construction drawings.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and time management.
Experience & Salary
- Junior Architect: 1–3 years of experience.
- Senior Architect: 3–6 years of experience.
- Salary: Based on experience, skills, and interview performance; as per company budget.

Chennai & Puducherry
