Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Jr. Sales Executive to support franchise sales, generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, explain the franchise business model, and help expand EMEDIX Wellness across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on franchise sales leads.
- Contact prospective franchise partners through calls and meetings.
- Explain the franchise business model, investment requirements, and benefits.
- Assist in business presentations and client meetings.
- Visit potential locations and support site assessments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client relationships.
- Update CRM records and maintain daily sales reports.
- Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Sr. Sales Manager for franchise onboarding and follow-ups.

Desired Skills

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word,



Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any stream.
- 2– years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Healthcare, Retail, Pharma, or FMCG.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel across Bihar, Jharkhand, and Eastern Uttar Pradesh.
