We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. This is a great prospect for freshers to gain practical experience in Human Resources and recruitment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Assist the HR team with daily recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work from the office in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.
Stipend
₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month, depending on skills and suitability.
