Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, and fostering a positive, high-performance culture across all our brands. You will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring a seamless and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying manpower needs with department heads to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across all brands.

· Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding process for new hires, and manage exit formalities, including exit interviews and knowledge transfer.

· Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems (KPIs/OKRs). Specifically support the growth tracks within our CRAFT brand (Core, Aspire, Excel & Lead) by aligning employee goals with company objectives.

· Employee Engagement & Culture: Design and execute engagement initiatives to maintain high morale and retention. Act as a culture champion across VIA, CRAFT, TRUE,



and Brand Stories Co.

· Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure a healthy, respectful, and inclusive work setting.

· Policy Development & Compliance: Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, etc.).

· HR Operations & Payroll: Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll processing, and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.

· Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate upskilling programs to foster continuous learning and professional development.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

· Proven experience (3-6+ years) as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar role, preferably in a multi-brand, agency, or fast-paced environment.

· Deep understanding of HR functions, best practices, and Indian labor laws.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.

· Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.

· Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a strong plus.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
