Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, processing invoices, handling payments and receipts, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping. The role includes maintaining accounts, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and assisting with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Record cash, bank transactions, receipts, and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain customer and supplier accounts.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and suppliers.
- Prepare reports, statements, and documentation for audits.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.




- Coordinate with management and other departments regarding accounting matters.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications:

- B.Com or a related qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Relevant accounting experience is preferred.

Objective:

To ensure accurate financial record-keeping, smooth accounting operations, timely payments, and compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
