- Perform scrub duties and assist surgeons during various surgical procedures.
- Have hands-on experience in handling Orthopaedic surgeries, including fracture fixation, ORIF, and other orthopaedic procedures.
- Assist in General Surgery, Laparoscopic Surgery, Urology, Gynaecology, and other surgical procedures.
- Prepare the OT, surgical instruments, implants, and equipment before surgery.
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques and follow infection control protocols.
- Ensure proper sterilization, disinfection, and handling of surgical instruments.
- Check the availability of surgical instruments, implants, consumables, and equipment.
- Assist in positioning and preparing patients for surgery as directed by the clinical team.
- Maintain OT records, sterilization records, and surgical checklists.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and biomedical waste management protocols.
