Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Identify customer preferences, occasions, and budgets.
- Recommend suitable jewellery and explain pricing, offers, and schemes.
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer enquiries and assist with billing.
- Maintain attractive and well-organized jewellery displays.
- Follow up with customers for feedback, reviews, and future purchases.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an excellent showroom experience.
Eligibility & Requirements
- 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–5 years of experience are welcome.
- Tamil communication is essential; English communication is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Strong interest in sales and achieving targets.
- Jewellery retail experience will be an added advantage.
