Blitz Academy is looking for an experienced, creative, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Kochi.

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, paid advertising, content platforms, and email marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content creation, analytics, and lead generation, with a strong focus on measurable results and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and relevant video campaigns. Monitor engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance.

Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Use AI-powered tools effectively for content research, ideation, optimization, and productivity. Develop digital strategies to generate high-quality leads for course admissions and other business objectives.

Optimize landing pages, lead forms, and campaign funnels to improve conversion rates.





Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of practical experience in digital marketing.

Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.

Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.

Solid understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, keyword research, and campaign optimization.

Good content writing, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.

* Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines independently. *Performance Expectations* Generate quality leads within agreed marketing budgets.

* Improve website traffic, search rankings, and social media engagement.

* Optimize paid campaigns to improve CPL and conversion rates.

* Support the sales team in achieving admission and revenue targets.

* Provide accurate performance reports and actionable recommendations.
