Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate information and support the recruitment process until joining.
Requirements:
- Freshers with recruitment internship experience are welcome.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and handle multiple requirements.
- Candidates must currently reside in Pune.
- Must be available for a face-to-face interview and immediate joining.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
