Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare material requirement plans as per production schedules.
- Calculate material requirements using BOMs and engineering drawings.
- Monitor material availability, shortages, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate material planning with production and procurement teams.
- Update material planning data in ERP/MRP systems.
Requirements:
- Experience in pressure vessels, heat exchangers, ACHE, piping, structural steel, or process equipment fabrication.
- Knowledge of MRP, BOM, inventory control, and ERP software.
- Positive command of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and material specifications.
