Salary: ₹22,000–₹25,000 per month
We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and customer-oriented Store Manager to manage our MINISO retail store at AU Family Hub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle sales targets, billing, cash management, and daily reporting.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product displays.
- Supervise and coordinate with store staff.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
- Monitor sales performance and help improve store profitability.
- Ensure proper merchandising, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail store management is preferred.
- Positive communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of POS billing, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Ability to manage staff and achieve sales targets.
- Candidates with experience in lifestyle, fashion, gifts, or specialty retail will be preferred.
