Position: Store Manager – Baskin Robbins

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Baskin Robbins outlet. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining product quality and hygiene, ensuring customer satisfaction, controlling inventory, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Supervise and train store employees.
- Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Maintain inventory, billing accuracy, and cash records.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and proper product storage.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints.
- Prepare daily sales and stock reports.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail, QSR, or food and beverage operations is preferred.
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage shifts, staff, and store operations efficiently.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
