Job Description
We are looking for a Diploma Civil Engineer to work as a Site Supervisor at our Hazira, Surat location. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that work is completed according to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and civil site activities.
- Monitor workers and contractors to ensure smooth site operations.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Check the quality of materials and ongoing site work.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and records.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site staff.
- Ensure proper implementation of site safety rules and regulations.
- Report site issues and work progress to senior management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.
- Ability to understand civil drawings and technical instructions.
- Good coordination, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at Hazira, Surat.
