Hindiko Solution India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business development, generate leads, and build strong client relationships in the industrial and automation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, market research, networking, and client visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote the company's industrial products, services, and automation solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, understand customer requirements, and present suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in B2B sales, industrial sales,



manufacturing, or automation will be preferred.
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and sales reporting.
- Ability to meet sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000, depending on experience and skills.
