Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily transportation and operational activities.
- Coordinate with drivers, conductors, and other team members.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Ensure vehicles operate as per the assigned schedules and routes.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections and report breakdowns or maintenance issues.
- Handle operational issues and take timely corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Maintain daily reports and provide operational updates to management.
- Support smooth coordination between the operations team and management.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic leadership and team management abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office,



especially Excel.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in operations, transportation, or logistics may apply.
- Candidates should be proactive, disciplined, and willing to work in an operations environment.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
