Job Summary

The Graduate Trainee Engineer will support the technical team in product understanding, technical documentation, data management, preparation of technical proposals, and coordination of engineering-related activities. The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training and guidance from experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the technical team in understanding product specifications, technical requirements, and engineering solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documents, product datasheets, specifications, and reports.
- Support the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and tender-related documentation.
- Review customer requirements and assist in identifying suitable technical products and solutions.
- Maintain technical data, product information, and engineering records accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical information and documentation.
- Assist in preparing presentations, product comparisons, and technical compliance sheets.
- Conduct basic technical research on electronic equipment, instruments, and related products.
- Support the team in responding to technical queries from customers and other departments.




- Perform other engineering-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Electronics and Communication Engineering concepts.
- Positive analytical, problem-solving, and learning abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.
- Willingness to learn about technical products, specifications, and tendering processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should have a strong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
- Candidates must be willing to work full-time from the Gurugram office.
