We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and responsible Student Counsellor to join our team at our Porur branch.

Job Role: Student Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Explain our language courses, fees, batches, and course benefits to prospective students.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Counsel students and help them choose the right course based on their needs.
- Maintain student enquiry records and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate with trainers and the enrollment team.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and support branch operations.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.




- Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in student counselling, telecalling, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.

Job Location: Let’s Speak Language Academy, Porur, Chennai

Salary: Based on experience and skills.
