We’re currently seeking a Performance Marketer / Google Ads Specialist to join our growing team and take charge of paid advertising campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

Job Description

As a Performance Marketer / Google Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns — primarily on Google Ads, with potential cross-channel campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You’ll work closely with our strategy and analytics teams to ensure every dollar spent drives maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns for CTR, conversions, ROAS, and CPA goals.
- Analyze and interpret campaign data using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Create detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to clients and internal teams.




- Stay current with Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and digital advertising best practices.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads (agency experience preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving strong ROAS and lead generation results.
- Certification in Google Ads (Search, Display, or Measurement) is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or other PPC platforms (a plus).
- Robust analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
