Job Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily operations across retail stores.
- Conduct regular field visits to stores and ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor store staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with store managers to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor stock availability, store maintenance, and overall performance.
- Prepare daily field visit reports and operational updates.
- Coordinate with Head Office and report to senior management.
- Ensure proper implementation of company instructions at all stores.
- Travel regularly between stores as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–3 years of experience in retail operations is mandatory.
- Must be willing to perform full-time field work.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stores and coordinate with teams.
- Must have a valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
