About the Role

Airo Tech Enterprises is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the company's financial activities.

We are particularly looking for candidates with experience in the industrial, manufacturing, engineering, machinery, or B2B sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Prepare and manage invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment documents.
- Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and coordinate for timely collections.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Handle accounting related to industrial equipment, spare parts, and service/AMC billing.
- Assist with GST, TDS, audits, and statutory documentation.
- Prepare monthly outstanding, sales, expense, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Service, Operations, and Management teams.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.




- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Prior experience in industrial/manufacturing/engineering/B2B companies preferred.
- Positive knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Strong knowledge of receivables, payables, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from industrial machinery, manufacturing, engineering, compressors, air dryers, industrial automation, spare parts, or other B2B industrial businesses will be preferred.

Salary

₹18000 – ₹25000 per month
Salary will be based on experience and skill set.
