Job Summary

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Cashier to manage billing operations, process payments and maintain accurate transaction records at its entertainment centre in Mumbai.

Candidates with experience as a Cashier, Billing Executive, POS Executive, Restaurant Cashier, Retail Cashier or F&B; Cashier are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily billing operations and generate accurate customer bills.
- Operate POS systems and billing software.
- Process cash, credit and debit card, UPI and other digital payments.
- Maintain accurate cash records and perform daily cash reconciliation.
- Prepare daily sales and billing reports.
- Assist customers with billing queries and payment-related concerns.
- Coordinate with the operations team to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Follow company procedures for cash handling, refunds and payment processing.
- Maintain accuracy and accountability in all financial transactions.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience in cashiering, billing or POS operations.
- Previous experience in retail, restaurants, QSRs, cafés, hospitality, F&B;, entertainment or gaming is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of POS billing, cash handling and digital payment systems.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
- Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and a customer-facing environment.
