Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Associates to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are interested in sales, customer engagement, and helping aspiring technology professionals achieve their career goals.

You will connect with prospective learners, understand their career aspirations, and guide them toward suitable upskilling programs. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert prospective leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners through calls and follow-ups to understand their career goals and learning needs.
- Explain educational and technology upskilling programs, including their features, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Provide personalized guidance to help learners evaluate suitable programs.
- Handle queries, address concerns, and overcome objections through effective communication.
- Manage the complete sales process, from initial interaction and lead qualification to enrollment closure.
- Build positive relationships with prospective learners through regular and timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and enrollment goals.




- Maintain accurate lead details and sales activity records in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on program offerings, industry trends, and career opportunities in the technology sector.

Eligibility Criteria

- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, educational counseling, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to build a career in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in the EdTech industry will be preferred.
- Technical qualifications: B.Tech or M.Tech.
- Non-technical qualifications: B.Com, BBA, or MBA in Marketing & Sales.
- Solid verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- A target-driven mindset and the ability to work in a performance-oriented environment.
- Willingness to engage with prospective customers and handle high-value educational program sales.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
