Location: Sies near muvattupuzha
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant site experience, with a minimum of 2 years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills
Employment: Full time, site-based
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities , quality control and ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate contractors, workers, suppliers and the design team for timely execution.
- Check measurements, levels, setting-out and workmanship at each stage.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site photographs, labour records and material records.
- Verify contractor work quantities and assist with bill checking.
- Ensure site safety,
cleanliness and proper protection of completed work.
- Follow up on defects and pending work through to completion and handover.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Ability to read architectural, structural and working drawings.
- Practical knowledge of construction methods, materials and quality checks.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Willingness to work full-time at the Piravom site.
