Vanantara Riverside Eco Retreat is a quiet, green property on the water in Ernakulam. It's the kind of place guests come to slow down. We're small and family-run, and you'd be joining a team of three.
The setting is peaceful, but the work is real work. When the property is full it gets demanding and hands-on, and it eases off again between guests.
What you'll do
- Welcome guests when they arrive and be their point of contact through the stay
- Show them around and point them to the good spots for cycling and fishing, and to whatever else is worth seeing nearby
- Keep the property clean, cared for and in good repair, including hands-on housekeeping
- Look after the pool day to day, keeping it clean and the water in valuable condition
- Run day-to-day operations and keep track of inventory
- Run errands as needed, like supply runs and pickups
- Keep the guest logbook up to date and accurate
What we're looking for
- Warm, well-presented, and someone who enjoys people
- Strong English, plus conversational Hindi or Malayalam
- A valid two-wheeler licence
- Someone who holds up well on a full house, because busy days here are properly busy
- Comfortable with physical work
- Freshers are welcome, and hospitality experience is a plus

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
