- Coordinate with clients, channel partners, sales, finance, and legal teams for smooth deal closures.
- Manage property transactions from booking to final closure.
- Prepare and verify property documents, agreements, and payment records.
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding dues.
- Resolve documentation and transaction-related issues.
- Maintain MIS reports for bookings, closures, collections, and pending cases.
- Coordinate agreement execution, registration, and post-booking formalities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate closing, sales coordination, or transaction management.
- Valuable knowledge of property documentation and booking-to-closure processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
