Location: Basti, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (Depending on experience and interview performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer with a strong command of English to train candidates in communication, personality development, and professional workplace skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on spoken English and communication skills.
- Train candidates in soft skills, personality development, and professional etiquette.
- Improve candidates’ confidence, presentation skills, and interpersonal communication.
- Conduct group discussions, role-plays, and mock interview sessions.
- Assess candidates’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare training materials and interactive learning activities.

Requirements

- Good command of English, including speaking, writing, and grammar.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.




- Ability to explain concepts clearly in an engaging manner.
- Confidence in conducting classroom or group training sessions.
- Graduate in any discipline; English, Education, or related fields preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in spoken English or soft skills training.
- Knowledge of personality development and interview preparation.
- Ability to motivate and engage learners.
