Your Task

This role involves monitoring escalation and de-escalation processes, handling tickets, and assigning tickets according to process flow instructions. This position provides 1st level operational support and requires 2 to 5 years of total experience with minimum 0 to 3 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

- Monitor escalation and de-escalation processes
- Handle and assign tickets according to process flow instructions
- Provide 1st level operational support
- Troubleshoot Citrix issues and provide administration support
- Coordinate and organize support activities with strong communication

Your Profile

We are looking for a Citrix Support Professional with solid technical expertise in Citrix technologies, cloud platforms, and Windows environments, along with excellent coordination and communication skills for handling escalations and operational support.

Must Have Skills

- 2 to 5 years of total experience
- 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with monitoring, escalation, and de-escalation processes
- Experience with ticket handling and assigning tickets according to process flow instructions
- 1st level operational support experience
- Customer orientation skills
- Experience with Citrix Cloud
- Experience with Azure
- PowerShell knowledge
- Experience with XenApp 6.5 and 7.x
- Experience with RDS (Remote Desktop Services)
- Windows Server knowledge
- Windows Client (Latest) knowledge
- Citrix streaming experience
- Experience with UPM (User Profile Management)
- Experience with WEM (Workspace Environment Management)
- Experience with PVS (Provisioning Services)
- Monitoring skills
- Group Policy knowledge
- Active Directory (AD) knowledge




- Networking knowledge
- Ability to troubleshoot Citrix issues
- Administration skills on XenApp and XenDesktop
- Strong coordination skills
- Strong organization skills
- High level communication skills
