Job Title: KST / Operations Supervisor

Company & Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented KST Kitchen Stewarding (or Kitchen Support Team)./ Operations Supervisor to oversee daily Kitchen Stewarding (KST) and site maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ground staff, enforcing strict food safety and chemical handling protocols, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring smooth operational workflows across rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Operational Supervision: Oversee daily KST activities, deep cleaning schedules, dishwashing operations, and overall site hygiene.
- Team Leadership & Training: Guide, mentor, and train stewarding staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs), chemical handling safety, and equipment usage.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, food safety, sanitation, and waste management standards across all operational areas.
- Resource & Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of cleaning chemicals, operating supplies, and equipment; track breakages and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Shift & Rostering Management: Coordinate effective handover procedures between rotational shifts and maintain staff attendance/duty rosters.
- Process Improvement & Reporting:



Identify operational bottlenecks, implement process optimizations, and submit daily shift activity reports to management.
- Issue Resolution: Address equipment breakdowns, staffing shortages, and operational challenges promptly to ensure zero downtime.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in Kitchen Stewarding (KST), facility management, or commercial kitchen operations.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, direct, and motivate blue-collar or operational staff.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial kitchen equipment, sanitization chemicals, and safety compliance.
- Problem-Solving: Fast decision-making abilities with a high sense of urgency.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
