Job Description:
We are looking for a person based in Trivandrum to handle customer enquiries, assist users with registration, and provide basic demonstrations of our Institution Management System (IMS) application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assist customers with registration and account setup.
- Explain basic features and guide users on how to use the application.
- Follow up with interested customers and provide basic support.
Requirements:
- Must be based in Trivandrum.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn the application.
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage.
