We are looking for a target-oriented Loan Officer to handle customer calling and loan sales activities. The candidate will contact customers through company-provided data, understand their financial requirements and explain suitable Bank loan products.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
Understand customer requirements and basic eligibility.
Explain loan products, benefits, eligibility and documentation.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Follow up with interested customers and generate qualified leads.
Convert leads into successful loan applications.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper customer and lead records.
