- Plan, monitor and control daily production activities as per production targets and customer requirements.
- Manage Power Press machines, manpower and production schedules to achieve optimum output.
- Monitor quality, productivity, rejection and downtime and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Tool Room, Quality, Maintenance and Stores teams for smooth production flow.
- Maintain production records, reports and process parameters and implement improvements to reduce rejection and improve efficiency.
