We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, client meetings, and online research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Present company services and solutions to prospective clients with confidence and clarity.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Follow up on leads and close sales deals effectively.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pricing discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, HR, and support) to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
- Maintain client data, activities, and progress using CRM tools.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development/sales (experience in IT Services, Recruitment, or Laptop Services preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation,



and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience dealing with corporate clients, SMEs, or educational institutions.
- Knowledge of the local market and client base is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
