Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Coordinator to manage customer inquiries, coordinate orders and service requests, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of customer orders and requests.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, deliveries, payments, and service updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records, databases, and documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the sales, operations, logistics, and accounts teams as required.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions, pending requests, and service activities.
- Ensure timely responses to customer queries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Track pending orders, service requests,



and customer feedback.
- Support the team in achieving customer service targets and operational goals.

Required Qualifications

- Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service, coordination, or administration is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Candidates residing in and around Guindy, Pallavaram, Chromepet, and Tambaram are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
