Job Description – Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate sales through effective networking, client handling, and market development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, property dealers, channel partners, and end users.
- Identify and bring genuine and potential clients to the company for property sales.
- Develop new leads through personal networks, market contacts, references, and field activities.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and regular client follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and management teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Stay updated with market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements:

- Candidates should have a strong network/source of investors,



dealers, channel partners, and end users.
- Proven ability to generate quality leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in both office and field environments.
- Prior experience in real estate sales will be an advantage.

Key Performance Expectation:

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating quality business opportunities and achieving strong sales results through their own qualified network, market presence, and client relationships.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
