About Mayur Saree Center

Mayur Saree Center is a family-run ethnic-wear business in Udaipur, offering customers a selection of sarees, lehengas, bridal outfits and traditional Indian clothing for weddings, celebrations and special occasions.

We are looking for a confident, well-mannered and customer-focused sales skilled who understands and help customers find the right outfit for their occasion.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and understand their preferences, budget and occasion.
- Show and recommend suitable sarees, lehengas, bridal outfits and other ethnic wear.
- Explain fabrics, designs, colours, embroidery, quality and pricing clearly.
- Handle customer questions professionally and help customers make confident purchasing decisions.
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat visits through excellent service.
- Maintain neat product displays and ensure merchandise is handled and presented carefully.
- Coordinate with team members to support smooth daily showroom operations.
- Assist with basic billing, order coordination and stock organisation when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred; experience in sarees, textiles, bridal boutiques or ethnic-wear stores is a strong advantage.
- Good communication skills and a polite, professional manner.
- Strong customer-handling skills and a genuine interest in fashion and Indian ethnic wear.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Honest, punctual, responsible and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a full-time retail showroom environment.

- ग्राहकों का अच्छे व्यवहार के साथ स्वागत करना और उनकी पसंद, बजट तथा अवसर को समझना।
- ग्राहकों को उपयुक्त साड़ियाँ, लहंगे, ब्राइडल आउटफिट्स और अन्य एथनिक वियर दिखाना एवं सुझाव देना।
- कपड़ों के फैब्रिक, डिज़ाइन, रंग, कढ़ाई, गुणवत्ता और कीमत की सही जानकारी देना।
- ग्राहकों के सवालों का पेशेवर तरीके से जवाब देना और उन्हें खरीदारी का सही निर्णय लेने में सहायता करना।
- उत्कृष्ट ग्राहक सेवा के माध्यम से ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाना और उन्हें दोबारा शोरूम आने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना।
- प्रोडक्ट डिस्प्ले को व्यवस्थित रखना और कपड़ों की सही देखभाल एवं प्रस्तुति सुनिश्चित करना।




- शोरूम के दैनिक कार्यों को सुचारू रूप से चलाने के लिए टीम के अन्य सदस्यों के साथ समन्वय करना।
- आवश्यकता पड़ने पर बिलिंग, ऑर्डर संबंधी कार्यों और स्टॉक व्यवस्थित करने में सहायता करना।

- रिटेल सेल्स का पूर्व अनुभव वांछनीय है। साड़ी, टेक्सटाइल, ब्राइडल बुटीक या एथनिक-वियर शोरूम में अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को विशेष प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- बातचीत करने का अच्छा कौशल और विनम्र एवं पेशेवर व्यवहार।
- ग्राहकों को संभालने की अच्छी क्षमता तथा फैशन और भारतीय एथनिक वियर में वास्तविक रुचि।
- ग्राहकों की जरूरतों को समझकर उन्हें उपयुक्त प्रोडक्ट सुझाने की क्षमता।
- ईमानदार, समय के पाबंद, जिम्मेदार और नई चीजें सीखने के लिए तैयार होना।
- फुल-टाइम शोरूम में काम करने के लिए इच्छुक होना।
