Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day furniture production operations at the plant.
- Plan production schedules to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Monitor the manufacturing process, including cutting, machining, assembly, finishing, polishing, and packaging.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to approved designs, dimensions, and specifications.
- Manage production workers, assign responsibilities, and monitor workforce productivity.
- Coordinate with the design, purchase, stores, maintenance, and quality departments.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize material wastage.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Maintain production reports, inventory records, and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and housekeeping practices.
- Monitor production costs and implement measures to improve productivity and reduce operational expenses.
- Ensure timely completion and dispatch of customer orders.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in furniture manufacturing or a related production workplace.
- Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and finishing techniques.
- Experience in production planning, manpower handling, and quality management.
- Knowledge of machinery used in furniture manufacturing and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to manage production targets, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in furniture manufacturing plants will be preferred.
- Experience handling large-scale production operations and production teams.
- Strong focus on quality, productivity, cost control, and timely delivery.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
