About the Role

We are looking for candidates who are interested in building a career in Sales and Banking/Financial Services.

This role involves approximately 70% field work and 30% office/coordination work. You will meet clients based on business requirements and help them with their home-loan requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet potential customers and understand their loan requirements.

- Explain Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.

- Generate and follow up on leads.

- Visit clients based on business requirements.

- Collect and verify required documents.

- Coordinate with the internal team for loan processing.

- Maintain good relationships with customers.

- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

- Loan Against Property (LAP)

Candidate Requirements

- Any graduate can apply.

- Freshers are welcome.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Interest in Sales and customer interaction.





- Willingness to travel and meet customers.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are required.

- Basic knowledge of the local area is an advantage.

Important

This is primarily a field-sales role, with around 70% field work and 30% office/coordination work.

Candidates should be comfortable with:

- Meeting customers when required

- Travelling within the assigned area

- Working with sales targets

- Following up with customers

Training & Support

- Approximately 15 days of on-the-job training will be provided.

- Team Leaders / Deputy Managers will guide you on lead generation, customer handling, documentation and the loan process.

Interview Process

Mode: Face-to-Face

Rounds: 2 rounds – Manager & ASM

Interview Timing: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
