Job Overview

We are hiring a Commercial Brand Manager to handle client requirements and support commercial property sourcing and onboarding. The role involves interacting with clients and business partners, understanding their needs, finding suitable properties, and coordinating with property owners to complete the onboarding process successfully.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Interact with clients to understand their commercial property needs.
- Collect information regarding budget, location, property size, and business requirements.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, investors, brands, startups, and real estate developers.
- Search for and shortlist properties that match client expectations.
- Communicate with property owners and builders to gather property information.
- Arrange client meetings, property visits, and follow-up discussions.
- Coordinate between clients, owners, and internal teams throughout the process.




- Assist in onboarding suitable commercial properties to the company.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update client and property details.
- Develop strong relationships with business partners and support successful property transactions.

Skills Required

- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales, business development, or real estate.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements.
- Willingness to travel to different locations across Bengaluru.

Mandatory Requirements

- Must own or have access to a two-wheeler
- Should be comfortable travelling for property visits and client meetings across Bengaluru.

Eligibility

Candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate, sales, customer relationship management, or business development can apply. Candidates with a positive attitude and an interest in commercial property solutions are encouraged to apply.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary between ₹25,000 and ₹60,000, depending on experience and interview performance.
- Additional performance-based incentives.
