Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute AOP / Business Plans and growth strategies.
- Lead sales, business development, and market expansion.
- Build and manage high-performing teams to achieve business targets.
- Drive quality sourcing, productivity, and cost control.
- Monitor loan book performance, asset quality, and attrition.
- Track daily performance and prepare business MIS.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations & Collections for sanction, disbursal and receivables.
- Travel to Hub & Spoke locations as required.

Requirements

- 20+ years of experience in LAP / lending / financial services.
- Currently handling LAP business.
- Must have experience managing 50+ team members.
- Robust sales, business development and leadership experience.
- Tamil & English mandatory; Hindi preferred.
- Willingness to travel across Hub & Spoke locations.

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
