Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance support.
- Resolve customer issues related to mechanical seals, pumps, compressors, valves, and rotating equipment.
- Conduct inspections, failure analysis, and root cause investigations.
- Respond promptly to customer service requests and technical concerns.
- Carryout Installation & Application Support
- Perform Preventive Maintenance & Reliability Improvement as per customer needs
- Build solid relationships with maintenance teams, engineers, and plant personnel
- Prepare service, inspection, and technical reports.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and corrective actions.
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
- Follow company and customer site safety procedures.




- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Promote safe work practices during service activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years in service engineering, maintenance, or technical support within the Industrial equipment/machinery.
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- Technical Knowledge: Rotating equipment, mechanical seals, pumps, compressors, valves, and industrial maintenance.
- Preferred: Experience in sealing solutions, reliability engineering, or process industries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
