Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CAD Marker Maker with experience in woven garment manufacturing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CAD marker making, fabric utilization, and marker efficiency to support garment cutting and production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and prepare CAD markers for woven garments.
- Optimize marker layouts to improve fabric utilization and minimize fabric wastage.
- Ensure accurate placement and alignment of garment patterns within markers.
- Work with the pattern-making and cutting departments to meet production requirements.
- Calculate and monitor marker efficiency and fabric consumption.
- Prepare markers according to garment specifications, fabric width, and size ratios.
- Review patterns and markers for accuracy before bulk cutting.
- Make necessary marker modifications based on production requirements.
- Maintain marker files and related technical records.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD marker making within the garment industry.
- Experience in woven garment manufacturing is preferred.
- Proficiency in Optitex or other garment CAD software such as Lectra, Gerber, or equivalent systems.
- Good knowledge of marker efficiency, fabric consumption, and fabric utilization.
- Understanding of garment patterns, size ratios, and cutting-room requirements.
- Valuable attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with pattern-making and production teams.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with hands-on experience in woven garments.
- Candidates who can independently handle CAD marker-making activities.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
