Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote College Guru's services among schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other educational institutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and marketing, robust communication skills, and the ability to conduct field marketing activities, generate student leads, and build institutional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct promotional and branding activities in schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions.
- Introduce College Guru's services and conduct career awareness sessions for students.
- Promote Amrita University programmes and distribute brochures and other promotional materials.
- Plan and execute offline and on-ground marketing campaigns.
- Visit schools, tuition centres, coaching centres, and educational institutions for promotional activities.
- Organize seminars, career guidance sessions, and student awareness programmes.
- Generate student leads and follow up regularly to support admissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with school management, academic coordinators, and institutional representatives.
- Support event planning, exhibitions, and admission campaigns.




- Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure smooth student lead conversion.
- Assist in preparing and distributing posters, brochures, and other branding materials.
- Maintain daily and weekly marketing activity reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing.
- Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with students, parents, and educational institution representatives.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and reporting skills.
