1. Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Create and schedule posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
- Handle captions, hashtags, audience engagement, and social media growth.
- Promote films, OTT content, and company services online.
- Develop creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate business leads.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing.
- Valuable communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic knowledge of content creation and social media analytics.

2. Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

- Make calls to potential clients and business partners.
- Communicate with film producers, distributors, OTT platforms, and other industry contacts.
- Generate leads, follow up with clients, and arrange business meetings.
- Explain company services and identify new business opportunities.
- Handle client communication through phone calls, WhatsApp,



email, and online meetings.
- Support the company's marketing, sales, and business development activities.

Required Skills:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over calls and meetings.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and lead generation.
- Professional attitude, persuasion skills, and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed monthly salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000, depending on skills and experience.
