Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with travel agents, driving sales growth, and enhancing brand visibility in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Manager:
- Develop and manage relationships with B2B travel agents to promote company products and services.
- Participate in travel exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to represent the company.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with travel agents to drive sales and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings,
communications, and agent performance.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
- Occasionally visit client locations or travel to the field for business meetings, client relationship management, and new business development, as required.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service and prompt follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any Field.
- 4-6+ years of proven experience in B2B travel sales or tourism industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term skilled relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
