Primary Teacher – Job Description

Position: Primary Teacher

Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for primary-grade students.
- Teach subjects according to the school curriculum and academic plan.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and teaching materials.
- Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods to improve student learning.
- Assess students’ academic performance through tests, assignments, and classroom activities.
- Monitor students’ progress and provide additional support where required.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Develop students’ communication, critical thinking, and social skills.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and academic documentation.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ progress, behaviour, and academic development.
- Participate in staff meetings, school events, training programs, and other academic activities.




- Coordinate with fellow teachers and management to support students’ overall development.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject/discipline.
- B.Ed / D.El.Ed or relevant teaching qualification preferred.
- Previous experience teaching primary grades is preferred.
- Good English communication and classroom management skills.
- Solid subject knowledge and teaching ability.
- Patient, responsible, and student-friendly approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital teaching tools is preferred.

Salary: As per experience, skills, and organizational standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
