Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Pitampura, New Delhi
Experience: 1-3 years BDE experience from agency background only
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 or more (based on experience and previous CTC)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the agency sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for lead generation.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up on potential opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in business development,



preferably in an agency setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
