About the Role

H.S. Oberoi Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architect with 7–8 years of skilled experience in architectural design, planning, and project coordination. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring that design and construction activities align with approved plans, project specifications, and applicable building regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, design layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and other building projects.
- Prepare and review architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building codes, local development regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Review drawings and specifications to identify design conflicts and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings.
- Coordinate with project management and execution teams to maintain design quality and project timelines.
- Review material specifications, finishes,



and architectural details to maintain the desired quality standards.
- Manage revisions to drawings and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Assist in obtaining necessary design approvals and coordinating with relevant authorities, where required.
- Identify practical and cost-effective design solutions without compromising functionality, aesthetics, or quality.
- Provide technical guidance to junior architects and coordinate design deliverables within the team.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA), where required for the assigned responsibilities.
- 7–8 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design, building projects, and site coordination.
- Strong understanding of architectural planning, construction detailing, and building materials.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit/BIM, or other relevant architectural software.
- Knowledge of 3D visualization and rendering tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, architectural specifications, and detailing.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
