Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Auditor – Service Operations to conduct audits across Vivo Authorized Service Centers in Kerala and ensure compliance with company standards, service processes, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct asset, inventory, spare parts, and service process audits.
- Ensure compliance with technical SOPs, service quality, and standardization guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies, operational gaps, and process deviations.
- Prepare audit reports and monitor corrective actions.
- Coordinate with service center teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Minimum degree or 3-year diploma.
- 2–4 years of experience in service operations, auditing, or quality assurance.
- Candidates with smartphone service center audit experience are preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and documentation.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
