Job Title: Assistant Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, invoicing, and banking-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales and purchase entries in accounting software.
- Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills.
- Prepare inward and outward challans.
- Handle GST return-related work, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations and GST documentation.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of Busy accounting software.
- Practical experience in sales and purchase entries, invoicing, and E-Way Bills.




- Knowledge of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GST compliance.
- Experience in inward/outward challans and bank reconciliation.
- Valuable numerical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Com graduate.
- Prior relevant accounting experience is mandatory.
- Freshers will not be considered.
- Candidates must have hands-on experience in the skills mentioned above.

Salary

Negotiable, depending on the candidate's experience, practical knowledge, and suitability for the role.
